5 Benefits of Exercising Outdoors

  1. Fresh air and more O2 -Breathing fresh air is the key to life and feels great,too. Unfortunately, most of us are stuck at home or inside a building for most of the day.   4. Convenience – In-home training offers you the ability to workout at home in your back yard, as well as an off-site in order to make it as easy and the least time consuming for you. Its important exercise daily, however it seems to be the last on the list of things to do for most. Having a trainer come to your home helps you to avoid traffic of going to the gym as well as traffic in the gym.
  5. Privacy – It doesn’t get more private than training within your own home or yard. There is no judgement from other gym goers, and nor is there anyone to have to share equipment with. Its important to be able to feel comfortable and maintain focus in order to get the most from your workouts.
